Mandatory criminal record searches are required for all non-licensed personnel who provides for compensation nursing care or other health-related services to residents in a nursing facility, intermediate care facility for people with developmental disabilities, adult residential care facility, pediatric day health care facility, adult residential care provider, or home- and community-based service provider and who is not a licensed health provider.
